We first took our mini dachshund Frankie to Arc 2.5 weeks after her hemilaminectomy surgery for physio and hydro to build back her strength. They were wonderful. A few months later and she is going so well, back to her normal self. Everyone is so lovely and knowledgeable there and has helped her tremendously (even though she barks at you all everytime we come). We have been discharged for some time now but we still go to hydro every so often to keep Frankie strong which I think is very important. Thank you all so much for helping our silly sausage!

ARC are absolutely fantastic my Kelpie Ned has a back injury and has been coming here once a week now for the last couple of months and what a great improvement in his mobility now .Ned absolutely loves going there too, he looks forward each week to his visit as he knows this is helping him.Thanks for your great work on Ned !!!! The entire team are wonderful! My 4y/o dog has been coming here for roughly a year after 2 knee operations. The hydro has done wonders for her recovery, and the physio sessions are amazing.
All the girls have been so supportive and helpful in the entire process. They have a genuine interest in helping their clients and really care about the dogs wellbeing's.
Emily has even given great tips of dog nutrition and the best things to improve my dogs diet.

I called ARC to try and buy a Help em Up dog harness. They were extra professional and phoned back with more information. They held a harness for us and fitted our dog when we could visit a few hours later. The team were excellent and we also bought some dog grip socks and some supplements. I highly recommend; it is a shame we live too far away to get some doggie hydrotherapy for our 16yo crazy spoodle.
